Attached are some photos ofKoko.The first 4 photos were taken today @ 21 weeks of age and 20kg in weight.
You’ll notice in the 3rdphoto ( top right) that she has inherited her mum Lacey’swavy hair with a strip about 125mm wide down the centre of her back and right down her tail. This only started to appear when she was around 12 weeks old. So her sire must carry the recessive gene for wavy hair. The 4thphoto is of her at 10 weeks of age and 8kg in the child’s wading pool we bought her because she likes water!!
She is a marvellous girl. Right from the first night home she has never played up when left alone. We thought coming from a large family of dogs she would fret, but no, not a whimper. She is not a barker either, having given a woof only about 6 times since we’ve had her. She is very smart too. She can sit, stay, come, down and shake hands, and already has a wide vocabulary that she recognises like breakfast, lunch, dinner, bed, fetch the paper, go out the front, go for a walk and in the truck. She can also select toys by name. Her toilet training was a breeze too as she instinctively went out on the grass after taking her out on the grass every couple of hours for 2-3 days.
